Olive Tree Christian Resource Centre had been running for ten years in Edmonton Green Shopping Precinct, North London, when our lease came to an end and we were not able to renew it. At the same time we heard that a Christian bookshop in Lincolnshire was closing, so we, prayerfully, considered a move to Lincolnshire, as we felt that nothing was really suitable or affordable in our part of North London.
We trust our products and facilities will be a blessing not only to the Christian community but also to the general public and those who visit this beautiful rural county of Lincolnshire.
Having looked at and very nearly moved in to several sites in Lincolnshire we eventually found High Mill which has so much potential, not only as a bookshop with a tea-room, but could also be developed as a retreat and mini conference centre.
